The company and this website
This website is operated by Ras Al Hekma Businessmen Services, Trade Licence No. 1354791, issued by the Department of Economy & Tourism, Dubai. Our business is based in Al Nahda 1, Dubai, UAE. Contact: legal@rasalhekmaae.com.
These terms explain use of the website and the basis on which enquiries are received. A particular service may require a separate written scope, quotation, authorisation or agreement. Those documents should be read with these terms and cannot remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
Enquiries and engagement
Submitting a form or contacting us starts a discussion; it does not by itself confirm a service engagement, appointment, application submission or approval. A delivery confirmation means the enquiry was accepted for delivery to our team, not that an authority has received or approved your application.
Before proceeding, the required assistance, relevant requirements, charges and any necessary authorisation are to be clarified with you. Please obtain written confirmation of the agreed scope and any important deadline. The website does not currently accept online payments or conclude a purchase through a checkout.
The assistance we provide
Our services include assistance with company formation, trade licences, company closure, visa and residency procedures, tourist visas, Golden Visa applications, government procedures, document procedures and other services described on the relevant pages. Availability and scope depend on the procedure and the permissions required to perform it.
Tax registration assistance covers corporate tax and VAT registration; it does not include tax returns or ongoing bookkeeping unless a separate, appropriately qualified provider is expressly engaged. Website information is general and does not replace advice on your specific legal, tax or financial position.
Where a matter requires a licensed lawyer, auditor, translator or another regulated specialist, the required appointment and responsibility must be clarified separately. Administrative assistance does not itself create a lawyer–client relationship or authorise court representation.
Information and authorisations
Please provide accurate, current and complete information relevant to the requested work, and tell us promptly about changes that may affect a transaction. You are responsible for reviewing details presented to you for confirmation and for providing required originals, signatures or authorisations through an agreed channel.
Only submit documents that you are entitled to share. If acting for a company, family member or another person, you must have the required authority. Do not submit forged, altered, misleading or unlawfully obtained records. We may request clarification or decline work that cannot be carried out lawfully.
Fees and third-party costs
Service fees, government charges and any specialist or third-party costs should be identified in the quotation or written arrangement before you instruct us to proceed. Please ask for clarification if it is unclear which items are included, whether VAT applies, or when payment is due.
Additional work or a change in the requested transaction may require a revised scope and fee. No public statement on this website is a promise of a fixed total cost for every applicant. Keep quotations, invoices and payment receipts for your records.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
If you wish to change or cancel instructions, contact us promptly so that we can establish what work has been completed, what can be stopped and whether any payment has already been made to an authority or third party.
Any cancellation charge, refund calculation or treatment of third-party payments must be explained in the relevant arrangement and remain subject to applicable law. Refunds are assessed by reference to the agreed service, the work performed, any properly incurred costs and your mandatory legal rights. A refusal by an authority does not, on its own, determine the refund position; the agreed work, performance, recoverable costs and mandatory rights must be considered.
Nothing here excludes a remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for deficient services where applicable.
Communications and document uploads
You can use our form, email, telephone or WhatsApp to contact us. Provide contact details through which we can reach you. If an instruction or deadline is important, ask the responsible employee to confirm it in writing; do not assume an unacknowledged message has been actioned.
Uploads are optional and limited to PDF, JPG and PNG, up to two files and 3 MB combined. Send only relevant documents, redact unnecessary personal details and do not upload malicious files or material you are not authorised to disclose. File checks are not a guarantee that every document is safe or suitable for an official application.
If delivery fails or the website is unavailable, use the telephone or WhatsApp links. Our Privacy Policy explains enquiry handling, archives, providers and potential sharing with specialists and authorities.
Website content and acceptable use
You may use the website to learn about our services and make genuine enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, send spam, misuse another person’s details or introduce harmful code.
Our original website content and design remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Permission to view the site is not permission to reproduce branding or imply an association with us.
We aim to keep information useful and current, but it is not an exhaustive statement of every authority’s rules. Check service-specific requirements with our team and the competent authority. External links are provided for convenience; their content and availability are controlled by their operators.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreed service and applicable law. Our role and any specialist’s role should be clear in the service arrangement. A government decision or a third-party delay does not erase obligations that we ourselves have undertaken.
These terms do not exclude liability for fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nor do they waive mandatory consumer protections or prevent a competent authority or court from determining a claim. Any service-specific limitation must be lawful and expressly included in the relevant agreement.
Questions and complaints
If you have a concern, email support@rasalhekmaae.com with your name, contact details, the relevant service or reference and a brief explanation. Avoid attaching unnecessary sensitive documents. We will review the matter with the responsible team and discuss an appropriate response.
You retain the right to contact a competent consumer protection body, regulator or court where available under applicable law. The Ministry of Economy & Tourism provides official consumer protection information. Our internal complaints route is not an exclusive remedy.
Written instructions and changes to the work
The service arrangement should identify the client, the work included, any exclusions, the person authorised to give instructions and the information or approvals needed before work starts. If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these general website terms, its agreed provisions govern that service to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory legal duties and privacy rights remain unaffected.
Changes to the activity, applicant, ownership structure or requested procedure may affect requirements, fees and timing. Material changes should be confirmed in writing before additional work is undertaken. We do not treat the mere receipt of a new document as approval of an unspecified additional fee.
Electronic correspondence and payment instructions
A written confirmation may be provided electronically where permitted by applicable law. Website acknowledgements and automated delivery messages confirm receipt or transmission only; they are not a signature on a service agreement, a payment receipt or an official filing acknowledgement.
Check any request to change payment details through a previously verified contact channel before making a transfer. Do not send card details, online banking passwords, one-time passcodes or account access credentials through the enquiry form. This website does not require them to receive an enquiry.
Keep the relevant quotations, agreed instructions and receipts. These terms do not remove the legal effect of a valid electronic agreement or any statutory requirement concerning the content or language of an invoice.
Delays, interruptions and rescheduling
An authority’s system outage, a changed requirement, an unavailable appointment or another event outside a party’s reasonable control may affect the work. The effect on the particular service, any revised timetable and available alternatives should be discussed rather than assumed.
Such an event does not automatically cancel the engagement, make every fee non-refundable or excuse obligations unaffected by the event. Any suspension, termination or adjustment remains subject to the service agreement and applicable law. Inform us promptly of a deadline you need us to consider; accepting an enquiry does not itself confirm that the deadline can be met.
Applicable law, language and updates
These website terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, except where mandatory law requires another forum or provides a right that cannot be restricted by this clause.
The English and Arabic versions are intended to convey the same terms. Please ask us to clarify any discrepancy before instructing work. The language and interpretation of official instruments or court proceedings remain subject to applicable law; this website does not alter them.
We may revise these terms for future website use and display the revision date. Updating a webpage does not retrospectively change an existing service agreement. If a particular provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
